Ingredients

1 pkg Opal Valley Ground Lamb
1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
3 tbsp za’atar

Tahini drizzle
4 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

4 burger buns or pitas

Optional condiments for burger: pickled cucumber, pickled beets, tzatziki, micro greens. We used thinly sliced fresh cucumber and radish!
